My name is Charlene, and my first job was in a toy store! Thus started my love of toys. However, after college and law school, I began a career in project management, company creation, and business development. I spent over 20 years building companies, departments, and products. Then transitioned to social media and editing in the toy field after becoming a parent!
But what made me frustrated was the lack of resources that combined the puzzle pieces together for small toy companies.
It dawned on me that I could share my experience with business coaching within the toy space to help small companies with email marketing, event design, and developing ideas on a smaller scale and budget than you'd get with traditional PR firms or expensive marketing firms.
I use my economics degree with my law degree and business coaching and management background to apply it to my experience in the toy community. I want to bring you the toy tools you need for success without hiring an expensive agency.
In 2022, I marked my ten years as a consultant with The Toy Insider. I also launched an Event workshop series and hosted a Women In Toys (WIT) event with fantastic success. With support, I've decided to open the door to new clients in 2023 to help them with goals, training, and out-of-the-toy-box ideas.
